ALL SESSIONS AND CLASSES ARE 50 MINUTES LONG

**It is highly recommended that all new students take at least one private lesson whether you are brand new to PILATES or have previous experience because it will help us to evaluate your personal needs and abilities in order to direct you to the classes that will best support your individual fitness goals.

RIVERCITY PILATES POLICIES

New Students

If you are a new student to the Rivercity Pilates, please complete the following documents before coming to class:
a. HEALTH INTAKE FORM
b. WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INFORMED CONSENT RELEASE

Cancellation

If you must cancel an appointment, we request that you cancel as far in advance as possible so that your space may be used by another student. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments for any reason will be billed at the full fee. If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice.

If the studio is closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, there will be an announcement on the Rivercity Pilates’s voicemail system two hours or more before the class is scheduled to begin. We will be open on most holidays unless specifically announced.

Rivercity Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes when they are minimally attended. Notification will be given and students will be entitled to a pro-rated refund.

Late Arrival

All classes are 50 minutes in length from the scheduled appointment time. Since the Rivercity Pilates schedules appointments back-to-back, if you are late you will be charged for the entire class and will receive the remainder of your lesson only. We will do everything possible to accommodate you, but please understand that your class time cannot be extended.

5 Class Packages expire within 60 days of purchase.

10 Class Packages expire within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds

Unused balances of class/session packages can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date. The used portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded.
