Introductory Session** FREE

**If you are new to the studio you can call or email us to schedule a time that works best for you. This private session is 50 minutes long and will give you a chance to get introduced to the studio and what we offer. Your instructor will be able to answer any questions you may have and give you recommendations on what type of sessions would best fit your health and fitness goals.

All classes and sessions are 50 minutes long.

Class cards can be used for mat or equipment classes. Mat classes use 1 credit and equipment classes use 2 credits.

Apprentice Teacher Rates

As a professional Pilates studio, Rivercity Pilates requires its instructors to be fully trained in the Pilates method of exercise. Fully trained Instructors have formal instruction in all of the Pilates mat and equipment work as well as formal education learning to work safely with all populations. A minimum 600 hours of training hours are required. Teachers that have completed part of their training and have been approved to start teaching may teach as apprentice teachers until their training is complete.

General Policies

All sessions and classes are 50 minutes long.

Rivercity Pilates accepts cash,checks, and major credit cards for payment.

All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

New Students

If you are a new student to Rivercity Pilates, please complete the following two documents before coming to class:
1. Health Intake Form
2. Liability Waiver

Cancellation


If you must cancel an appointment, we request that you cancel as far in advance as possible so that your space may be used by another student. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments for any reason will be billed at the full fee.

If the studio is closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, there will be an announcement on the Rivercity Pilates voicemail system two hours or more before the class is scheduled to begin.

Late Arrival


All classes are 50 minutes in length from the scheduled appointment time. If you are late for your lesson you will be charged for the entire class and will receive the remainder of your lesson only. In the event that you are late we will do everything possible to accommodate you, but please understand that your class time will not automatically be extended.

Refunds

Unused balances of class packages can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date. The used portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded.
